4 Recipes for you to make Father’s Day special

Did you know that every third Sunday of June is celebrated as Father’s Day? This year, we celebrate Father’s Day on the 19th of June!

While we must cherish our dads every day for their constant love, support, and guidance, there’s no harm in showering some extra love and attention to the most incredible man in our lives on this day.

Indeed, you can pamper your dad with a nice gift. But you could also consider adding a home-cooked food item to the gift to put a smile on his face.

Not great at cooking up a 2-course meal? Don’t worry. Your old man will also appreciate simple dishes if you make them. Here are 4 recipe ideas you can make for your dad this Father’s Day.

1. Pizza sandwich

This recipe is easy to make and yummy to taste. You will need 2 pizza bases, olive oil, vegetable oil, freshly chopped tomatoes, chilies, French beans, capsicum, and small paneer cubes. Don’t forget the spices to jazz up this fusion with taste. After cooking it for a minute, you need to press the sandwich, and we recommend a sandwich maker for the best results. Proceed to put the pizza base, spread the pilling, cover it with another base, and flip!

This recipe will impress your father and leave his taste buds asking for more. But, to cook this spicy oven-roasted chicken treat, you need to start your preparation early. This dish needs at least 4 hours of marinating before roasting. You will need dried hot chilies, red wine vinegar, garlic cloves, red chilies, smoked paprika, dried thyme, oregano, golden caster sugar, and lemon juice to prepare the marinade for the chicken. You can spatchcock and barbeque the chicken instead of oven roasting it, if possible.

4. Mac ‘n’ cheese
